How do I create my account?
In order to create your account, please click on the "Login" button located on the top right of the page and follow the instructions.
How can I change my personal information?
You can, at any time, modify your personal data (email, address, name, ...) by logging in to your account and going to the "My Account" section.
How do I change my password?
You can, at any time, change your password by going to "My Account / your personal information", after logging in.
Forgot my password?
Click on "Login" and then click on the link "Forgot your password". You will receive your password at the email address you gave when you created your account.
How do I subscribe to the newsletter?
All you have to do is fill in your e-mail address in the appropriate box, in the left column, on the home page. How do I cancel my newsletter subscription? In "My Account / your personal information", you just have to uncheck the box "subscribe to the newsletter".
Is my personal information kept confidential?
Your personal information is strictly confidential and will not be transmitted to third parties unless you have given your explicit consent.

How do I find the product I am looking for?
There are several ways to find the product(s) you want.by quick search, by indicating the keyword of your search (a shape, a reference...) in the appropriate box on the right of the home page. by category, by choosing one of the links proposed in "Underwear" or "Pajamas" or "Homewear".you can refine your search thanks to the advanced search in the left column - subcategories, price range, colours. And you can sort your search by price criteria, by heading...
How do I place an order?
Once you have found and selected your product, its colour and size, you just have to validate your choice by clicking on the "Add to cart" button associated with each product. You can repeat this step for as many products as you wish. Once your selection(s) are complete, you can then validate your order by going to the "My Cart" link, which summarizes your current purchases and by clicking on "Next". When you place your first order, you will be invited to create an Account. If you are already a customer of the MARINER shop, you just have to identify yourself. Then choose the delivery address then the method of payment and follow what is asked to you.
How do I choose my size?
When selecting an item, you can at any time click on the link "Size Guide". How can I modify my order or delete an item in my basket (when ordering)? In your basket, you can delete an item by clicking on the minus, or change the quantity by clicking directly on the plus.

How can I see the orders I have placed?
All you have to do is go to "My Account", section "Order History and Details".
What should I do if I have not received my order?
If you have not received your order within 7 days, simply send an email to email@example.com, specifying your order number so that we can do a search. How do I know if my order is shipped? An email will be sent to you when your order is shipped.
I have lost my order number, how can I find it?
You just have to go to "My Account", section "History and details of your orders".
What payment methods are available?
The means of payment used on the MARINER underwear website are: credit card (please refer to the General Conditions of Sale for more information) and cheque.
Are the payments secure?
Payments by credit card are made on the website of Banque Populaire, our banking partner. Le site is therefore secure, you can check it thanks to the padlock in the email address.
When am I debited?
If you paid by credit card, instantly as soon as our banking partner receives the transfer.
What are the shipping methods?
We deliver by Colissimo.
Can I change my delivery address?
When confirming your order, you have the possibility to indicate a delivery address different from your billing address.
How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
From 48 hours to 7 working days.
How much do I have to pay for an order?
In metropolitan France, delivery costs are 7.5 euros. From 60 euros purchase, delivery costs are free of charge. For other countries, please consult the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
What should I do if I am not at home when my package is delivered?
If your mailbox allows it, the parcel will be deposited there. If you have a caretaker, the parcel can be deposited there by post. Otherwise, you will just have to go to the post office with the slip deposited by the post office.
After sales service
How do I return or exchange an item?
All items can be exchanged or refunded except for those marked as such. This request must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt. Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your request. A Return Form will then be sent to you so that you can return the product to us. Who pays the shipping costs if I return a product?
Shipping costs are paid by MARINER International via the Colissimo service. What should I do if one or more items are missing when I receive my order? Please inform us by email at email@example.com and state the order number and the missing items. After checking the conformity of your claim, they will be sent to you within 48 hours subject to stock availability.
What should I do if my article is defective or does not correspond to my order?
Please send us back the items that are faulty or do not correspond to your order, specifying the order number, so that we can proceed with the exchange as soon as possible.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
